Shipping & Delivery

How delivery works when you order from a ZELKOA online store, and the rights EU consumer law gives you along the way.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Where we deliver

ZELKOA delivers to addresses in the member states of the European Union only. We currently deliver to all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not deliver to addresses outside the European Union. In line with the EU Geo-blocking Regulation (EU) 2018/302, customers from any EU member state can access our online stores and buy on the same conditions, regardless of their nationality or place of residence within the EU.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time for your order is shown at checkout. Some products — for example large items or live plants — can have their own delivery times, which are shown before you order.

Unless a different delivery date has been agreed, EU law (Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU) requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If we do not deliver in time, you can ask us to deliver within an additional period that is appropriate to the circumstances. If we still do not deliver within that period, you can terminate the contract and we will refund all sums paid without undue delay. Where the delivery date was essential, or we refuse to deliver, you can terminate the contract immediately.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping fee per order for delivery to any EU member state: EUR 30, or the rounded equivalent in the local store currency, e.g. HUF. The fee is the same regardless of the number of items in your order and is shown at checkout together with the total price, before you confirm your order.

Prices shown to consumers in the EU include VAT and other applicable taxes.

You will not be charged delivery costs or other charges that were not shown to you before you placed your order.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation of your contract on a durable medium, such as an email. Where tracking is available for your delivery, the tracking details are sent with your shipping information.

Risk during transport

Under Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a person you have named (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, please get in touch through our Contact page or by email to [email protected].

Customs, duties and import taxes

As we deliver only within the European Union, deliveries do not normally involve customs duties for you. Should an exception apply to a particular product or delivery, any additional charges are shown at checkout before you order; you will not be charged amounts that were not shown to you.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page or by email to [email protected] and include your order number. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected. See Returns & Refunds for details.
