About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from ZELKOA online stores operated by Zelkoa LLC (“ZELKOA”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us through our Contact page or by email to [email protected].

The terms apply in the version valid at the time you place your order. Mandatory consumer protection rules always take precedence over these terms.

Consumers and business customers

A consumer is anyone buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Some rights described in these terms, such as the right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers.

Products and information

The main characteristics of each product, its total price including taxes, and any delivery costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you order. Images are intended to illustrate the product; the product description is decisive.

Orders and conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in our online stores is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Before submitting your order, you can review it and correct any input errors. By clicking the order button, which clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding order.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order. We confirm the contract, including these terms, on a durable medium such as an email.

Prices and payment

Prices shown to consumers in the EU include VAT and other applicable taxes. The flat shipping fee (EUR 30, or the rounded equivalent in the local store currency, e.g. HUF) and any other charges are shown before you order.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by payment service providers under their own terms and data protection policies.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in EU member states only, for a flat shipping fee per order of EUR 30, or the rounded equivalent in the local store currency, e.g. HUF. Expected delivery times are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The conditions, the model withdrawal form and the exceptions are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Legal guarantee

The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies, with a minimum period of two years from delivery for consumers in the EU (Directive (EU) 2019/771). Any commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. See Returns & Refunds.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where this is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory product liability rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Use of the website

You may use zelkoa.com and ZELKOA online stores for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using automated means to extract content in a way that burdens the service.

Customer accounts and third-party sign-in

Where we offer customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If you sign in using a third-party service such as Google, the terms and privacy policy of that service also apply, and we process the data you authorise as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The ZELKOA name, logo, texts, images and design of this website are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reuse them without our permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party services and links

Our website may link to websites and services of third parties, such as payment providers or delivery companies. We are not responsible for their content; their own terms and policies apply.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Contract language

The contract is concluded in English or in the language of the store in which you place your order, as shown at checkout.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms and contracts concluded under them are subject to applicable EU and member-state consumer law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008), and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the member state in which you live.
